📋 Description

• Define and drive the DevOps vision using Agile best practices • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and services • Align DevOps initiatives with engineering, product, and business goals • Ensure high-quality engineering across the team • Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure • Facilitate clear communication between different departments • Advocate DevOps culture across teams and promote shift-left practices • Help teams ship software faster and more safely • Drive automation and a shift-left culture • Mentor engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineering roles • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including VMs, networking, Storage, AKS, App Services, and Key Vault • Deep experience with Kubernetes in production environments • Strong infrastructure as code experience, mainly Terraform and Helm • Strong CI/CD experience, ideally with Azure DevOps • Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture • Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams • Familiarity with observability platforms • Ability to work under broad direction and often self-initiate tasks • Ability to make decisions impacting results and deadlines
