📋 Description

• Lead and maintain complex customer engagements • Ensure assigned projects remain within expected costs, resources, timelines and budgets while meeting quality standards • Determine project scope and objectives • Oversee project plans and monitor progress • Predict required resources, establish clear roles and define deliverables • Implement governance structures with defined roles, responsibilities and escalation pathways • Identify and proactively manage risks and lead mitigation measures • Ensure effective and transparent communication and working relationships with clients and project workstream teams • Manage team changes as needed to meet project deliverables • Ensure project teams are onboarded, appropriately trained and aware of their engagement responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and/or PMP certification or equivalent experience • Project Manager experience in a fast-paced office environment • Several years’ experience and profound knowledge and expertise regarding relevant legislative and non-legislative guidelines on pharmacovigilance • Strength in leading, mentoring, managing and motivating staff • Ability to lead large international and/or complex project teams and distribute work according to team members’ strengths and project milestones • Ability to manage client relationships at all levels, including C-suite • Ability to convey strategic goals of collaboration • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills • Capability to communicate critical issues and proposed solutions to senior management • Ability to convey stakeholders in critical or sensitive situations • Excellent presentation skills • Business-fluent English
