📋 Description

• Provide program management support for midsize projects to large-volume outsourcing programs. • Coordinate, monitor, and prepare project controlling and reporting, including oversight of the overall project budget. • Inform the Program Manager about potential budget discrepancies. • Support tracking and reporting of KPI targets. • Control, close, open, and rebook work-package times in the PLX Time Tracking & Accounting System. • Maintain program-related projects in Cencora’s Time Tracking & Accounting System from an operational perspective. • Support onboarding and offboarding of internal and external resources as instructed by the Program Manager. • Compile regular checkpoint customer presentations. • Maintain transparent overall reporting results for the Program Manager. • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements so customer invoices can be issued on time. • Support the Program Manager in ensuring project staff receive appropriate information, training, and working conditions. • Improve, develop, and harmonize internal processes while adapting to program-specific requirements and short-term changes.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. • Less than 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations support, project support, or a related field required. • Certification in administrative support, business operations, or project coordination or equivalent certification preferred.
