📋 Description
• Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business • Improving business procedures • Ensuring compliance with operational policies, objectives, and initiatives • Executing HR activities with recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding and training • Developing budget and ensuring financial and operational metrics are met • Reporting directly to the COO
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred • 5 years experience in clinical research • Experience managing clinical research staff • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Teams, preferred
