📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the IT department, including systems administration, network management, and user support. • Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions. • Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning. • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and deliver solutions. • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with Centerfield’s business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Experience with IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC2). • Ability to develop and manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
