📋 Description

• Advise on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and refinancing. • Provide legal counsel on financing, construction loans, and refinancing for both borrowers and lenders. • Represent a diverse client base in high-profile real estate deals. • Advice on development projects, zoning, permits, and construction financing. • Provide guidance on entity formation, joint ventures, and debt-equity structures. • Manage complex real estate deals, integrating corporate elements and negotiating contracts. • Advise on lease agreements and property management issues for commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school. • High level law firm background • Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 4+ years of experience in commercial & residential real estate law with a focus on transactions, financing, and development.
