📋 Description

• responsible for leading key retail pharmacy initiatives that support operational excellence, patient-centered service, business growth, and compliance • partners with cross-functional leaders to evaluate pharmacy performance and identify improvement opportunities • implements scalable solutions and ensures alignment with broader enterprise pharmacy strategy • oversees programs related to workflow optimization, pharmacy technology enablement, customer experience, clinical service delivery, inventory and dispensing performance, quality assurance, vendor or partner coordination, and associate readiness • helps close adherence and quality gaps, enhance patient outcomes, and further reduce total cost of care • accountable for translating business priorities into actionable plans • monitors key performance indicators, manages risks and issues, and supports initiatives that enhance access, affordability, quality, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Active Pharmacist License • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. • 5 or more years of management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products • Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare operations, managed care, pharmacy benefit management, or pharmacy technology. • Leadership experience managing teams, programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer service expectations. • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into operational improvements. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. • Experience with process improvement, change management, digital pharmacy tools, or pharmacy workflow systems preferred. • Ability to travel
