📋 Description
• Provides weekend oversight and clinical operations support for 4-6 branch locations in Georgia • Conducts/delegates assessment and reassessment of patients • Manages assignment of caregivers • Responsible for delivery of care to all patients served by the location • Receives case referrals and reviews available patient information • Ensures patients meet admission criteria and makes decisions on admissions • Assigns appropriate clinicians to cases and instructs clinicians • Monitors documentation compliance with regulatory agencies and third-party payer requirements • Ensures timely completion of audits/billing in compliance with Medicare regulations • Coordinates communication between team members/physicians/caregivers • Participates in sales and marketing initiatives • Supervises all clinical employees at the location
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license with authorization to practice in the state of Georgia • Proof of current CPR card and/or BLS certification • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Home health experience is required • Management and people leadership experience is preferred • OASIS experience is required • OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C), preferred • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is required • Foundational knowledge and basic understanding of CMS PDGM is required
