📋 Description
• Develop manuals and guides for IT software, workflows, and systems—ensuring content supports users and IT staff • Work directly with IT teams and subject-matter experts to ensure documentation reflects current technologies • Write and post IT job descriptions on specialized platforms • Screen and interview candidates for software, network, and tech support roles • Coordinate recruiting and onboarding for IT hires
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 3+ years’ experience developing technical documentation for IT or software products preferred • 2+ years’ experience recruiting IT professionals preferred • Strong knowledge of IT concepts • Outstanding written communication • Proficiency with documentation and recruiting tools (Confluence, ATS, GitHub, JIRA)
