📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters focused on the Indian region. • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for Gen AI projects. • Collaborate with the Global Sourcing Manager to ensure alignment with overall global talent acquisition goals. • Provide regular updates to the Global Sourcing Manager on sourcing progress and challenges within the Indian region.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, with knowledge on the India region. • 2+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters or sourcers. • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing for specialized roles within a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of the talent landscape and labor markets across North, Central, and South America. • Advanced proficiency in utilizing online networks, social media platforms, and professional communities for sourcing within India. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Fluency in English is essential. • Knowledge in other Indian languages is desired. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
