📋 Description

• Build and grow the BigWish online community on Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms. • Talk with users: reply to comments, messages, and questions. • Create small posts, polls, and stories that keep the community active. • Collect feedback from users and share it with the team. • Help with online events, giveaways, and collaborations. • Work with the SMM Manager and Marketing team to support content and campaigns. • Keep the community positive, respectful, and fun. • Watch trends and find new ways to connect with followers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ year experience in community management, social media, or customer support. • Fluent English (writing and speaking). • Friendly, positive, and helpful personality. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with Instagram, TikTok, or Discord communities. • Organized and responsible; can manage daily communication tasks. • Creative and full of ideas to make people engaged.
