📋 Description

• Support Recruitment and Selection processes, including resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and monitoring the various stages of the recruitment process. • Assist with the administration and organization of Psychological Assessment processes, following the profession’s technical and ethical guidelines. • Support the organization and delivery of training sessions, lectures, and development initiatives. • Prepare and update department trackers, spreadsheets, and reports. • Support document organization and administrative activities within the department. • Provide support for other Organizational Psychology activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with at least six semesters completed. • Intermediate English proficiency. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Interest in or experience with Organizational Psychology. • Interest in Recruitment and Selection, Psychological Assessment, and Training & Development processes. • Knowledge of organizational and data analysis tools.
