📋 Description

• Support Recruitment and Selection processes, including resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and tracking progress through the selection stages; • Assist in administering and organizing Psychological Assessment processes, following the profession's technical and ethical guidelines; • Provide support for organizing and delivering trainings, presentations, and development activities; • Prepare and update controls, spreadsheets, and departmental reports; • Assist with organizing documents and administrative activities for the department; • Provide support for other Organizational Psychology activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Psychology undergraduate program, from the 6th semester onward; • Intermediate English; • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; • Good verbal and written communication.
