📋 Description

• Support recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and tracking progress through the selection stages. • Assist in administering and organizing psychological assessment processes, following the technical and ethical guidelines of the profession. • Provide support in organizing and delivering trainings, presentations, and development initiatives. • Prepare and update controls, spreadsheets, and departmental reports. • Assist with the organization of documents and administrative activities within the department. • Provide support for other Organizational Psychology activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Psychology undergraduate program, from the 6th semester onward. • Intermediate level of English. • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
