📋 Description

• Cerby is revolutionizing how organizations secure and manage nonstandard applications. • The role involves building, supporting, and maintaining reliable and robust Cerby RPA flows. • Monitor, detect, and resolve incidents with automation workflows. • Collaborate with the engineering team on RPA system improvements. • Analyze user feedback to implement new automations and improvements. • Write and improve knowledge base articles.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years working with JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus) coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques. • Knowledge of the technical architecture of web crawlers - XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON, API • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs. • Experience troubleshooting web technologies (HTML/CSS) using the browser’s developer tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Knowledge of version control systems with branching and merging (GitHub). • Ability to collaborate with a distributed team across time zones. • Have a good sense of building code that others can easily use. • Ability to translate complex processes into simple instructions for non-technical users. • Availability to work on-call shifts. • 2+ years experience working on customer service or similar customer-facing teams. • Experience with complex SQL queries. • Knowledge of the technical architecture of web crawlers - XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON, API • Experience using Rest APIs (Postman). • Understand the complexities of a mobile ecosystem, including the nuances of both the iOS & Android operating systems development. • Proficiency in investigating and retrieving crash logs for multiple mobile platforms (Charles, ADB, Xcode knowledge). • Experience with security products or regulatory-heavy industries is a plus.
