📋 Description

• Accurately creating, reviewing, and submitting invoices • Ensuring all billing documentation is properly linked and complete • Resolving invoice discrepancies and identifying missing invoices • Ensuring billing accuracy in compliance with company policies and procedures • Maintaining accurate billing records and documentation • Communicating with internal teams to obtain missing information

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum 1–2 years of medical billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience • Healthcare billing experience preferred (if applicable) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in billing software, EMR/EHR systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
