📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging insurance prelicensing and ethics continuing education courses in a virtual classroom environment • Translate complex insurance concepts into clear, practical explanations • Create an interactive learning environment that encourages participation, questions, and discussion • Prepare for each class with a strong command of the curriculum and instructional materials • Adapt teaching approaches to support different learner needs and levels of understanding • Answer learner questions during class and through designated support channels • Help learners navigate challenging concepts and reinforce key material for licensing exams • Partner with other instructors and faculty members to provide consistent, accurate learner support • Provide thoughtful feedback to identify areas needing additional preparation • Develop working knowledge of Pass Perfect's insurance curriculum, including textbooks, handouts, online learning programs, question banks, and presentations • Stay current on insurance laws, regulations, and industry changes • Assist with updates to classroom presentations and instructional materials • Identify opportunities to improve instructional content • Communicate teaching availability to the Faculty Manager for course scheduling • Collaborate with instructors and internal teams to create a consistent, high-quality learning experience • Share learner feedback and instructional insights to strengthen courses and materials

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance industry experience and a strong understanding of concepts relevant to insurance licensing education • Excellent presentation and classroom facilitation skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an approachable way • A genuine passion for education and helping future insurance professionals succeed • Confidence engaging and interacting with learners in a virtual classroom • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Comfort using Zoom and other virtual learning technology • Ability to prepare independently while collaborating effectively with other instructors and internal teams • Bachelor's degree (nice to have) • 5+ years of insurance industry experience (nice to have) • Experience teaching, training, facilitating, or presenting insurance-related material (nice to have) • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (nice to have) • Experience working with a learning management system (LMS) (nice to have)
