• Lead Content & Course Innovation • Build and update CFP Board–aligned curriculum and program content • Create engaging learning materials—slides, quizzes, cases, exams, etc. • Develop new educational content that strengthens and expands our programs • Own Our Digital Learning Experience • Build and publish course content in the LMS/CMS for seamless student learning • Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to validate content accuracy and clarity • Support students and faculty with content- and delivery-related questions • Serve as a trusted guide for learners as they navigate complex financial planning topics • Be the go-to resource for students and faculty—solve questions, clear hurdles, and remove road-blocks • Monitor learner progress and proactively support students so they stay confident, engaged, and fully prepared to pass • Stay current on law, regulation, and CFP Board updates and translate them into updated content • Participate in industry and CFP Board events for alignment and insight
🎯 Requirements
• CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification (required) • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant professional experience
