📋 Description

• Act as a primary point of contact via Certa's support portal • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve break/fix issues, user errors, and "how do I" questions • Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the ticket lifecycle • Maintain deep knowledge of Certa configurations, workflows, and data structures • Review and validate configurations in test environments to identify root causes • Provide best-practice guidance without performing ongoing configuration changes on customers' behalf • Triage and prioritize incoming tickets • Manage tickets to defined SLAs • Escalate complex issues to Product or Engineering with clear reproduction steps and documentation • Distinguish Support work from Managed Services and change requests • Route out-of-scope or net-new configuration needs through Customer Success or Managed Services • Capture issues, resolutions, and common patterns in internal and customer-facing knowledge bases • Surface recurring friction points to Product and Engineering • Identify trends in support issues and suggest platform and process improvements • Stay current on new Certa features through ongoing training and enablement • Support the stability, reliability, and correct usage of the Certa platform

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in Technical Support, Application Support, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation Support within a SaaS environment • Experience ideally in ticket-based, SLA-driven support models • Strong grasp of SaaS configuration concepts, including workflows, data models, permissions, and logic • Ability to methodically troubleshoot configuration and integration issues • Exposure to APIs, RESTful services, and JSON preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred; Engineering or equivalent a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Curious and analytical mindset • Calm and structured under pressure • Strong sense of ownership • Comfort working within defined processes and boundaries • Experience supporting enterprise customers nice to have • Exposure to ERP or third-party integrations nice to have • Familiarity with workflow automation, risk, compliance, or KYC platforms nice to have • Alignment with U.S. Pacific Time business hours • Role based in India
