📋 Description

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify problems worth solving and opportunities for growth. • Define and communicate product vision, priorities, and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders. • Discover, validate, and prioritize customer and market needs to drive innovation and future product development. • Lead product initiatives from concept through launch, partnering closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver impactful solutions. • Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing long-term strategic investments with iterative improvements. • Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities that enable successful execution. • Define, track, and evaluate product success metrics, using data and customer insights to continuously improve outcomes. • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive alignment and execution. • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities. • Develop business cases and profitability analyses to support product investment decisions and maximize commercial impact. • Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing product culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success developing, launching, and scaling software products in a fast-paced technology environment. • Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management. • Deep understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver successful product outcomes. • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery activities. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. • Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS and a strong understanding of SaaS business models. • Experience working with enterprise-level or B2B SaaS products. • Experience working with globally distributed teams. • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms. • Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and product positioning initiatives.
