📋 Description
• Drive key initiatives in security operations, risk mitigation, compliance, and team development • Oversee day-to-day security operations and incident response lifecycle • Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and mitigate security risks • Provide technical mentorship and lead security team activities • Implement and enforce security policies and compliance measures
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in progressively complex security roles • Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks and control mapping • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective stakeholder management mindset • Strong technical knowledge of cloud security best practices (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Hands-on experience in vulnerability scanning and penetration testing methodologies • Familiarity with incident response tools and procedures • Practical knowledge of Secure SDLC controls and ISMS fundamentals
