📋 Description

• Conduct evaluations and audits at educational providers • Assess program approvals • Review program and provider documentation as part of approval procedures • Document audit and evaluation reports • Prepare well-founded assessment reports for submission to our internal decision-making process • Communicate with providers to clarify questions or to request missing information • Collaborate with the certification body in relation to certification decisions • Provide subject-matter input for the continued development of our audit methodology • Optional involvement in special cases, expert opinions, or appeal procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience with an AZAV-approved provider required • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and diplomatic tact • Confident use of digital applications (MS Office, CRM, standard software) • Very good written proficiency in German • Educational, administrative, or business/economics background is an advantage
