📋 Description

• Review texts and content for Trade Marketing, Communications, and Digital projects • Ensure quality, consistency, clarity, coherence, fluency, and appropriate language use • Review presentations, campaigns, point-of-sale materials, digital content, social media posts, emails, and other materials • Identify and correct typographical, spelling, grammar, agreement, punctuation, and formatting errors • Verify information, nomenclature, technical terms, and brand communication guidelines • Work in partnership with Copywriting, Creative, Account Management, and Project Development teams • Organize and prioritize requests according to project deadlines and requirements • Support urgent requests with speed and attention to detail • Conduct reviews in Spanish and English when necessary • Occasionally extend working hours to meet urgent requests, deadlines, and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field • Proven professional experience in proofreading and copy production, preferably at agencies or in Communications, Trade Marketing, or Digital companies • Advanced command of Portuguese • Excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, agreement, and writing structure • Strong ability to interpret, critically analyze, and adapt language to different audiences, channels, and communication objectives • Knowledge of Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Excel • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Drive) • Familiarity with collaboration and task management tools • Comfortable working with digital materials and presentations • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments • Proactivity, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality • Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods without compromising quality • Fluency in Spanish and/or English is a plus • Experience proofreading advertising, institutional, and commercial content is a plus • Knowledge of Copywriting, Advertising Writing, and Digital Communications is a plus • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus • Courses or certifications in Portuguese, Proofreading, Advertising Writing, Copywriting, or Communications are a plus • Spanish and/or English proficiency certifications are a plus
