• As the interface between sales teams and internal and external IT, you will further develop the tool chain for the sales of our market-leading legal specialist database beck-online.DIE DATENBANK with the following tasks: • You design enhancements for the sales CRM systems and processes (e.g. SAP CRM, Salesforce, and other business applications) and prepare functional specifications • In coordination with sales stakeholders, you prioritize topic clusters and requirements • Acting as the interface between IT and the business unit, you test newly developed features • You document releases and produce functional guides and tutorials • You support change management, system migrations, and the expansion of system interfaces, and contribute your expertise in business workshops
• Experience in project management and in working with CRM systems (e.g. SAP CRM, Salesforce) • Professional experience in sales / selling / IT service with regular customer contact is an advantage • Independent, analytical and results-oriented way of working • Strong affinity for electronic media and modern IT solutions • A high level of customer orientation and excellent communication skills • Confident user of MS Office 365
