📋 Description
• Konzeption und marktgerechte Aufbereitung von Fortbildungsprodukten • Entwicklung neuer Fortbildungsformate und Fortbildungsthemen • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards durch kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrolle • Pflege und Ausbau des Experten-Netzwerks sowie Akquise qualifizierter Referentinnen und Referenten • Verantwortung für die Planung und Durchführung von Online- und Präsenzveranstaltungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Seminarorganisation • Wirtschaftliche Steuerung des Verantwortungsbereichs auf Basis der Unternehmensziele sowie Entwicklung von Strategien zur Umsatz- und Ertragssteigerung
🎯 Requirements
• Jurist (m/w/d) mit idealerweise berufspraktischen Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Gesellschafts-, Handels- oder Vertragsrecht • Hohe Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke • Verhandlungsgeschick im Austausch mit Experten aus Wirtschaft und Rechtswissenschaft • Gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Zielgruppen • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen
