📋 Description

• In-depth analysis and sustainable resolution of complex technical incidents • Optimization and automation of cross-team support processes • Technical point of contact for architecture and integration questions from our major clients • Responsibility for the availability and stability of our demanding IT landscape • Identifying patterns and bottlenecks, optimizing workflows and driving continuous improvement • Ensuring system availability and promoting self-healing mechanisms • Small share of on-call duty to ensure continuous reliability of our services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in administering and optimizing complex platforms or in a DevOps/SRE role • Good knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Kubernetes) and automation (IaC, CI/CD) • Experience with monitoring and logging stacks to identify and resolve performance and availability issues • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages for automation (Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) • Solid database, networking and security knowledge • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and excellent communication, both within the team and with clients • Very good written and spoken German
