📋 Description

• Head of Product for AIVM (Agentic AI & Blockchain Platform) overseeing product vision, architecture, and roadmap. • Translate AIVM’s vision into actionable product strategy and ecosystem design. • Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, and business development. • Inherit and evolve product roadmap with a focus on platform strategy and ecosystem design. • Drive product execution from pre-mainnet to launch, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. • Define and track core product and ecosystem KPIs for continuous refinement of product direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including 2–3+ years in leadership roles. • Technical experience is mandatory for this role. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with our Tech Team and discuss in technical language. • Optional(but really important to have): Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure (inference, training, compute economics). • Experience building platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing systems. • Strong background in blockchain/Web3, ideally L1, L2, or AI ecosystems. • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, emerging markets. • Strong Plus: Experience working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments. • Utilizing AI Agents infrastructures for optimization (Claude/OpenClaw). • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable operating before product-market fit, where the job is to reduce ambiguity, define primitives, and force trade-offs.
