• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to Middle East and Africa pipeline and revenue targets. • Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and key market segments. • Align marketing initiatives with regional sales priorities and account strategies. • Deliver field marketing programs including executive roundtables, hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, and partner activations. • Localise and amplify global campaigns for regional audiences. • Leverage digital marketing and ABM strategies to increase engagement and pipeline impact. • Partner with Sales to identify and activate Tier 1 and strategic accounts. • Build targeted, multi-touch campaigns supporting complex enterprise buying journeys. • Create personalised engagement strategies to accelerate opportunities through the funnel. • Partner with Regional Directors, Sales teams, and BDRs on GTM priorities, territory planning, and campaign execution. • Support Sales with messaging, programs, and tools to improve conversion and pipeline velocity. • Build relationships with Channel Partners and the Channel team. • Develop and execute joint marketing programmes with Channel Partners to drive co-branded demand generation and pipeline. • Identify partner-led opportunities and build scalable GTM motions across Middle East and Africa. • Equip Channel Partners with tools, content, and campaign support. • Increase regional reach through strategic alliances and ecosystem engagement. • Support pan-EMEA campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives. • Share regional insights and market feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness. • Track and analyse pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI metrics. • Optimise programs and investment decisions using performance insights. • Build scalable processes and frameworks to support regional growth.
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology; security, cloud, or developer tools preferred. • Experience developing and executing regional marketing programs across Middle East and Africa markets, ideally with a strong understanding of UAE, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. • Proven experience building and growing channel-led marketing programmes, ideally within a B2B technology or channel partner ecosystem. • Fluency in Arabic preferred, alongside English. • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, SDR/BDR, Channel Partners, Channel teams, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable pipeline outcomes. • Understanding of the cloud native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape is highly desirable. • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing metrics, attribution, and insights to guide strategy and optimisation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organisation and with external partners. • Builder mentality and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Willingness to travel approximately 25% across the region for events, partner engagement, and team collaboration.
