📋 Description

• Drive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of AI tools across the People function • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that automate key processes • Create self-service tools and intelligent assistants that improve stakeholder experience • Establish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage • Partner with People leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities • Own the automation roadmap and deliver solutions using APIs, iPaaS platforms, native tooling, and lightweight scripting • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Data Engineering • Lead the technical delivery of new system implementations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications • Demonstrated ability to architect and build AI-powered tools from the ground up • Working knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure - leveraging services like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions • Experience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript • Ideally familiarity with modern People Technology ecosystems, including ATS, HCM, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics platforms • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
