📋 Description

• Define and evolve the solution architecture on the ServiceNow platform • Design solutions using the FSM (Field Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules • Define strategies for system integration, data architecture, and information security • Guide the use of extensions through App Engine, ensuring scalability and development best practices • Design automation workflows and integrations to optimize business processes • Lead the design of the FSM/Now Mobile solution, supporting field team operations • Serve as a technical reference for the development team, promoting architecture standards and technical governance • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and the project's strategic needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in solution architecture on the ServiceNow platform • Knowledge of integrations, systems architecture, data modeling, and security • Experience designing scalable, sustainable, and highly available solutions • Experience defining architectural standards and technical governance • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams • Preferred: experience with FSM, CSM, SPM, App Engine, and Now Mobile • Preferred: ServiceNow certifications • Preferred: experience with digital transformation projects and large-scale enterprise platforms
