📋 Description

• Lead operations in Brazil as part of the Communications Team • Identify, support, and amplify citizen-driven campaigns • Increase awareness of Change.org and the campaigns among key audiences • Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and decision-makers • Implement corporate communications strategy across owned and earned media • Contribute to growth in platform activity in Brazil • Maintain a campaign portfolio aligned with brand principles • Manage operational and legal needs in Brazil

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across media, communications, brand, public relations, and campaigning • 3+ years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, company, or organization • 3+ years of management experience leading a team of at least 2 people • English proficiency (minimum B2) • Extremely strong written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English • Existing connections with key journalists, influencers, civil society actors, officials, and politicians • Strategic mindset • Willingness to work across differences • Deep understanding of diverse audience segments in Brazil • Strong autonomy and proactivity in identifying opportunities
