• Support class members with information, resources, and assistance to complete their claim form • Build relationships with local communities and organizations • Help claimants connect with support services • Participate in training sessions and meetings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French • Experience working with Indigenous peoples and communities (three years or more) • Self-identification as Indigenous is an asset • Fluency in French and English is required • Ability to work professionally in an Indigenous language is an asset • Good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft tools • Knowledge of Indigenous culture and history • Ability to travel across Canada • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle • Access to a quiet, private workspace with a reliable internet connection • Willingness to learn and adapt as work evolves
