📋 Description

• Own the reply queue for assigned Turkey cases and respond within the team’s SLA • Move each case toward close and handle objections according to company license-compliance policies • Guide end users to purchase through the correct channel, including cart link, reseller, or LC SKU • Confirm order accuracy before closing sales • Apply standard license-compliance pricing and settlement structures • Escalate counteroffers, non-standard requests, exceptions, conflicts, and out-of-standard cases • Identify and route Amnesty Programme cases and apply offers within defined terms • Log every interaction and outcome in Salesforce and HubSpot in real time • Maintain complete case records for team continuity • Feed objections and edge cases into the Reply Handling Guide • Attend regular meetings and report on obstacles and performance results

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must hold a valid work/residence permit for Türkiye • Previous experience in inside sales, licence compliance, or a customer-facing commercial role • Quota-carrying experience required • Ability to work effectively in high-volume, high-structure, target-driven commercial queues • CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred • Strong objection-handling skills • Rigorous process discipline and accurate, timely case logging • Fluent written and verbal English and Turkish required • CV must be submitted in English
