• Conducting, planning, organizing, and coordinating healthcare accreditation and/or certification surveys in the community setting. • These visits must be performed in accordance with the CHAP Standards of Excellence. • Deliver accurate, complete, and well-written documentation. • Work autonomously, apply critical thinking, and be adaptable to change.
• Bachelor's degree in a related health specialty area required. • Active Registered Nursing (RN) license required. • A minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance or regulatory-related role in home health or hospice industry. • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role is required (responsible for leading a team/direct reports).
