📋 Description

• Edit raw video footage to create polished, professional, and visually appealing videos. • Incorporate basic graphics, animations, and other elements to enhance the visual storytelling. • Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. • Collaborate with the marketing and curriculum teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality video content. • Request feedback and make revisions as needed to produce the best possible work. • Support in-person for video shoots as needed (typically 0-1 times/quarter) • Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment. • Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow during on-location filming. • Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals and timelines. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual style. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a related field (Film Production, Communications, Media Studies, etc.) or recent graduate • Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) • Baseline knowledge of how camera, lighting, and audio equipment function • Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots • Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively • Strong organization and attention to detail • Creativity and a keen eye for visual storytelling • Excellent ability to communicate, listen, and ask questions in a remote work setting • Demonstrates coachability and independently seeks out growth opportunities to enhance performance in their role. • Self driven and excellent at problem solving independently with minimal direction. • Eager to make an impact on schools and education.
