📋 Description

• Independently develop and enhance compliance and governance structures, and implement and monitor compliance measures • Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, and develop measures to mitigate them • Contribute to the ongoing development of the company-wide risk management framework and internal control system • Collaborate with process owners • Conduct compliance risk assessments of service providers and business partners • Coordinate required measures with relevant stakeholders • Address data protection compliance matters in coordination with the data protection function • Contribute to the ongoing development of AI governance structures • Collaborate with Legal, Quality Management, the Information Security Officer, and technical departments • Support compliance-related aspects of internal and external audits and certifications • Further develop compliance monitoring and reporting • Prepare risks and recommendations for action for management • Advise specialist departments on compliance matters

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in law, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with a relevant focus on compliance • At least three years of relevant professional experience in compliance, governance, or risk management • Ideally, five or more years of professional experience • Experience in a SaaS company or technology-driven environment is preferred • Strong experience with compliance and governance structures, risk management, and internal control systems • In-depth knowledge of the GDPR and practical experience conducting data protection assessments, particularly regarding data processing agreements, international data transfers, and data protection risks • Understanding of information security, IT compliance, and standards such as ISO 27001 • Experience in AI governance is an advantage • Fluent German skills, at least C1 level • Very good written and spoken English • Qualification or certification as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a plus, but not required
