Charters, Meetings and Incentives at NCLH is the group-sales and event business unit of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) that designs and sells chartered sailings, meetings, incentive programs and group cruise packages. It helps planners and organizers book group cruises with discounts, onboard credits and tailored experiences across NCL’s fleet and private-island destinations, supporting logistics, accommodations and event spaces for corporate, association and private groups.

📋 Description

• Provide all necessary inputs to ensure proper development of NB projects • Monitor progress/deadlines of project related activities • Work closely with operating company teams on site and in Miami • Assist with project development including technical specification review • Track and follow up on open items from the plan approval process • Participate in meetings with shipyard technical offices • Provide regular updates on plan approval progress • Conduct periodic site visits to shipyards • Support testing activities and vessel delivery phase

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Naval Machinery / Engine Room or related field • 5 years within a similar role or technical projects development • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite • Confident using Autocad • Knowledge of classification society rules and marine regulatory requirements • Willingness to travel internationally as required • Proficient in the English Language (B1 or above)
