📋 Description

• Identify, design, and integrate Generative AI solutions into existing business workflows • Design, architect, implement, and productionize traditional software applications and GenAI agents • Partner with users and stakeholders to scope use cases, gather requirements, establish success criteria, and deliver high-quality UX • Lead initiatives across Manufacturing, Legal, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales • Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration, teamwork, and pair-programming • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, and Office 365 teams through approvals, architecture, security, and governance reviews • Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned opportunities • Serve as product owner for phased roadmaps, user feedback, backlog prioritization, and release planning • Lead software development from design through deployment • Communicate progress proactively and regularly to key non-technical stakeholders • Address technical debt and build scalable, reusable, documented architectures conforming to security and compliance standards • Manage the full lifecycle of deployed applications, including debugging, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement • Report directly to the Head of Data Science & AI • Accommodate eastern time zone working hours

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering • 8+ years of advanced backend development with Python and JavaScript • 2+ years designing, coding in Python, and deploying custom and complex GenAI solutions and multi-agent GenAI systems in production • Minimum 2 years of UI and frontend development with React.js, TypeScript, and HTML • Strong hands-on experience designing and building GenAI architectures and multi-agent systems • Experience with embeddings, advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), hybrid search, agentic search, vector search, and full-text search architectures • Experience developing, deploying, and evaluating GenAI solutions • Strong understanding of evaluation frameworks (evals) and ability to optimize production AI application cost-to-performance ratios • Strong proficiency with Pydantic models • Excellent English communication skills, particularly with non-technical users • Ability to translate user needs into technical specifications and communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Valid US visa required for the onsite final interview stage in the United States
