📋 Description

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring alignment with CHEP’s business strategy and delivering on revenue growth and satisfaction targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans, with a focus on growth opportunities and cost-efficiency improvements. • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet customer needs while supporting business objectives. • Conduct customer business reviews, addressing customer concerns and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. • Monitor and report on account performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, and develop plans to address areas for improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to drive collaboration and enhance supply chain efficiency. • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. • Lead customer retention initiatives, working with customers to provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

• Drive strategic growth by developing and executing business development plans that expand CHEP’s market presence and deliver revenue targets. • Lead active sales initiatives, including direct customer engagement, solution selling, and closing deals to accelerate growth. • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging relationships to maintain a strong, qualified pipeline. • Manage and strengthen customer partnerships via negotiations, contract management, and delivering long-term value for sustainable success. • Design and implement tailored solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and enhance CHEP’s value proposition. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and strengthen CHEP’s competitive positioning. • Prepare and present accurate reports and forecasts, and lead the creation of joint business plans with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. • Represent CHEP externally at industry conferences and events, promoting brand recognition and building relationships with FMCG leaders.
