📋 Description

• Collect and organize credit card receipts and supporting documentation from employees and departments • Review and process expense allocations to the appropriate departments, programs, or accounts • Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed • Enter vendor bills and expenses into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner • Assist with preparing, verifying, and issuing customer invoices • Maintain accurate and organized digital financial records and documentation • Support the Finance team with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks • Ensure all financial information is processed in accordance with company procedures and deadlines • Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion • Assist with special financial projects, audits, and departmental initiatives as needed • Perform additional duties based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar accounting support role • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Reliable computer equipment with microphone and video capabilities • Quiet and professional remote work environment with minimal interruptions • Experience with expense management and reconciliations (Preferred) • Familiarity with accounts payable and invoicing processes (Preferred) • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities (Preferred) • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred)
