📋 Description
• Assist the Regional Engineering Manager with project initiation, planning, and execution • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project delivery • Partner with Finance to monitor Capital Project status, budgets, purchase orders, and closeouts • Process and coordinate payment forms with Accounts Payable • Work with the Legal Department to develop and execute vendor or contractor contracts • Track and analyze project performance, expenditures, and procurement activities, identifying risks or variances • Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required • 0–3 years of experience in Capital Project Engineering Coordination preferred • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to develop detailed planning documents and long-range project schedules • Familiarity with project management methodologies, cost control, and scope verification • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
