📋 Description

• Contribute to the AI vision and roadmap for Gupy Platform products • Architect and lead the development of production AI systems, from experimentation through deployment at scale • Make build-vs.-buy-vs.-fine-tune decisions for AI models and solutions • Integrate LLMs, foundation models, and generative AI solutions into Gupy products • Establish technical standards, best practices, and an AI Engineering culture • Collaborate with PMs, designers, and software engineers to integrate intelligence into products • Mentor and develop engineers on the AI/ML team • Evaluate emerging technologies and models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal systems, and recommend strategic adoption • Lead AI Governance initiatives, including quality, bias, and AI ethics evaluation • Actively participate in hiring decisions and team building

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM evaluation • Experience integrating foundation models • Advanced prompt engineering and AI pipeline design • Advanced Python development in production environments • Deep learning with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow • Knowledge of statistics, linear algebra, and optimization theory • Experience with recommendation systems and ranking models • Experience with AWS and/or GCP for AI/ML workloads • Experience with production ML pipelines, including MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow • Experience serving models with low latency, as well as Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with observability and monitoring of models in production • Ability to define architecture and make trade-off decisions in AI systems • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders • Experience mentoring and developing engineers • Nice to have, but not required: AI applied to matching or recommendation; experience in HRTech or B2B SaaS; contributions to open-source AI projects; publications or speaking engagements (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
