📋 Description

• Contribute to the AI vision and roadmap for Gupy Platform products, bringing technical perspective to product and business decisions • Architect and lead the development of AI systems in production: from experiment to deployment at scale • Make build vs. buy vs. fine-tune decisions for models and AI solutions • Integrate LLMs, foundation models and generative solutions into Gupy products • Establish technical standards, best practices and an AI Engineering culture within the team • Collaborate with PMs, designers and software engineers to embed intelligence into products • Mentor and develop engineers on the AI/ML team • Evaluate new technologies and models (LLMs, diffusion, multimodal) and recommend strategic adoption • Lead AI governance initiatives, including quality assessment, bias evaluation and AI ethics • Actively participate in hiring decisions and team building

🎯 Requirements

• Generative AI and LLMs • Experience with fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM evaluation • Integration of foundation models • Advanced prompt engineering and design of AI pipelines • Applied NLP — a plus if in HR or matching contexts • Advanced Python (production-grade, not just notebooks) • Deep learning: PyTorch and/or TensorFlow • Statistics, linear algebra, optimization theory • Recommender systems and ranking models • Cloud (AWS/GCP) for AI/ML workloads • Production ML pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) • Low-latency model serving, Docker, Kubernetes • Observability and monitoring of production models • Architecture definition and trade-off decision-making in AI systems • Cross-team influence without hierarchical authority • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders • Mentorship and development of engineering staff
