📋 Description

• Provide engineering, operational, and management support for FAA’s NextGen Organization • Prepare programs/projects management artifacts such as Powerpoint briefings, Project Level Agreements (PLAs), and Resource Planning Documentation (RPD) • Provides analytical support including, but not limited to, conduct of analytical studies with the documentation and presentation of results to various audiences • Maintains weekly agendas for PBN cross-organizational core team meetings • Develop quarterly Program Management Review (PMR) and Portfolio Review Management Review (PfMR) briefings • Develop and maintain program/project schedules including providing weekly project notes and updates miscellaneous reports for the FAA Program Office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of eight (8) years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience in program analysis and evaluation • Advanced computer skills • Knowledge of FAA practices and Microsoft Tools including Project Management skills • Background in systems analysis, business processes and analytics, project management, and collaborative problem-solving skills strongly encouraged. • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills • High Emotional intelligence • Strong attention to details
