• Manage, support, monitor, and coordinate coding activities for professional services • Promote a positive and productive work environment • Creation and maintenance of policies and procedures • Lead for process improvement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred • 2+ years of coding leadership experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities required • Recent experience applying ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCs codes required • 5+ years of coding leadership experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities preferred • Excellent customer service skills • Professional attitude and ability to relate to and interact with others • Excellent leadership skills and great organizational skills
