• Provide Brazil-specific market insights to support product and growth strategy • Identificar segmentos de usuários relevantes, incluindo criadores de conteúdo, influenciadores e comunidades engajadas • Explain how Brazilian users adopt and engage with social and visual platforms • Explicar padrões de uso, comportamento de conteúdo e adoção de novas ferramentas digitais • Contribute practical monetization ideas (subscriptions, in-app purchases, creator-led models) • Contribuir com ideias práticas de monetização, como assinaturas e compras dentro do app • Act as a bridge between Brazilian market reality and China-based product and strategy teams • Atuar como ponte entre a realidade do mercado brasileiro e equipes de produto e estratégia baseadas na China
• Residir no Brasil ou manter vínculos profissionais regulares e recentes com o mercado brasileiro • Forte entendimento da cultura digital brasileira e do comportamento do consumidor • Experiência em estratégia de negócios, crescimento, consultoria, pesquisa de mercado ou produtos digitais • Inglês fluente (oral e escrito) é obrigatório para colaboração com equipes internacionais • Capacidade de transformar observações práticas em recomendações claras e acionáveis
