📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, data-driven full-stack applications • Build and optimize scalable backend systems, complex data models, and performant APIs using Python and TypeScript • Implement efficient data pipelines and integration strategies across internal and client-facing systems • Develop performant and user-friendly frontend applications using modern web technologies • Build features and solutions for client platforms and Chiri's internal products • Contribute to AI-powered applications, integrations, automations, and platform capabilities • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Participate in architecture discussions and system design decisions • Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and client teams • Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong experience with Python and/or TypeScript in production environments • Professional experience building backend services, APIs, and complex data-driven integrations • Strong proficiency in database design, data modeling, and performance optimization for relational and NoSQL systems • Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS • Experience with Docker and containerized application development • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices • Experience owning features from design through deployment and ongoing support • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
