📋 Description

• Set the strategic direction and oversee continuous improvement of capacity modeling capability • Integrate capacity model outputs into analytical dashboards and operational reporting • Embed capacity insights into recurring business cadences • Drive ad-hoc analytical workstreams that inform capital allocation decisions • Lead cross-functional teams across various functions to identify capacity constraints • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership • Develop clear, concise communication of complex quantitative analysis • Lead additional business transformation projects as opportunities arise

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategy, operations, finance, or business analytics roles • Experience leading teams and managing senior executive stakeholder relationships, preferably in management consulting or investment banking • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Advanced Excel skills — complex modeling, dynamic formulas, scenario analysis (3+ years experience) • Deep data fluency — comfortable leveraging data to tell a story and shape decisions • Operational experience within a CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industry is highly preferred • Proven track record leading and developing cross-functional teams on high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills — able to influence and build credibility with senior and C-level stakeholders • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define scope and priorities independently • Travel up to 25-50% required
