📋 Description

• As a Senior IT Engineer, you manage and administer our cross-site IT infrastructure and actively contribute to 2nd and 3rd-level support. • You analyze incidents in a structured way, develop creative solutions, and ensure stable IT operations. • Your responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, end-user devices, as well as network and firewall components. • In addition, you support client management (Windows & Android), maintain backup solutions and participate in IT security measures. • Beyond setup, updates and ongoing system maintenance, you perform root-cause analysis and sustainable problem resolution, document support processes and coordinate with external service providers when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification • University degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Experience in 2nd/3rd-level support with strong analytical thinking skills • Knowledge in the installation, administration and maintenance of Windows servers • Solid infrastructure and network expertise • Experience in client management (Windows & Android) • In-depth knowledge of IT security • Familiarity with monitoring tools as well as support processes and workflows • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, etc. • Nice to have: Project experience in implementing or upgrading ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision to Business Central) • Very good German and English language skills
