📋 Description
• Lead the organization's major gifts strategy and drives philanthropic growth • Manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects • Collaborate with leadership to align giving opportunities with organizational priorities • Build authentic relationships that connect donors' philanthropic goals with CHS’s mission • Ensure high-quality stewardship experiences that promote donor retention • Use donor data and analytics to drive engagement strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field from an accredited university • Five years of related work experience in fundraising, with a focus on major gifts • A combination of education and experience to equal nine years • Must provide a valid driver's license and proof of personal valid vehicle insurance.
