âą Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users and translate them into user stories and associated acceptance criteria. âą Break down the requirements into user stories and input the tasks into a product management software. âą Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience âą Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical users across different levels of the organization âą Be a self-starter, someone that can operate independently with minimal guidance âą Experience working in large-scale system implementations with exposure in all phases of a project (from requirements through deployment) âą Evidence of business acumen to communicate effectively with business and IT in day-to-day operations and delivery of IT services.
