📋 Description
• Lead and manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet deadlines and deliverables • Utilize Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting • Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to management
🎯 Requirements
• 3-4 years in IT project management or a similar role • Strong knowledge of Scrum processes and Agile frameworks • Proficient in Jira and other project management tools • Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
