📋 Description

• Design and install customized software solutions to meet customers' needs, goals, and technical requirements for implementation. • Create implementation plans based on gathered requirements. • Lead the implementation process by configuring, installing, and integrating the company's products or services. • Provide post-installation follow-ups and offer technical guidance and support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues to align the solution with clients' business processes. • Act as a liaison between the client, sales team, product development, and support teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the implementation process. • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on how to use and maintain the implemented solution. • Create documentation, manuals, and guides to help clients understand and use the product effectively. • Test the performance of the installed system, fix bugs, and perform quality checks to ensure the implemented solution meets clients' expectations and complies with predefined standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software Engineering. • Fluency in English. • Previous work experience in related areas. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to design big-picture software solutions. • Ability to present ideas clearly and in a user-friendly manner. • Strong problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail.
